HR Officer

Requirements

1–3 years of relevant HR operations or HR administration experience.
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Practical knowledge of UAE employment administration and experience coordinating employment documentation; retail or multi-site experience is an advantage.
Ability to maintain accurate employee records and coordinate attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and HR systems; familiarity with Zoho tools is an advantage.
Clear written and spoken English, professional interpersonal skills, and confidence working with employees and managers.
Strong organisation, attention to detail, discretion and reliable follow-up.
Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi. Candidates will be assessed on relevant skills and experience.
