HR Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related course.
• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities:

• Personnel Movement: Process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for employee movements such as promotions, transfers, and probationary appointments. Ensure all requests and supporting documents are complete and compliant with company policy. Receive resignation letters, prepare formal acceptance documents, and conduct exit interviews for rank-and-file employees. Oversee the entire employee clearance process, from initial orientation to final sign-off.
• Recruitment: Manages the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial manpower requests and candidate sourcing to interviewing, testing, and making job offers. This includes coordinating with hiring managers, updating stakeholders, and formally announcing new hires through e-mail and bulletin boards.
• Record & Data Management: Maintain and update the Manpower Inventory. Ensure the timely and accurate filing of all personnel movement documents in employee 201 files.
• Compensation & Benefits: Assisting in the implementation of employees compensation and benefits: Encoding of Timekeeping forms of employees to HRIS, Timely processing of company and statutory benefits
• Willing to work on a 6-day work schedule
