What they need
- Supports the HR Manager in overseeing all HR operations in the site
- Partners with the Management in the implementation of the Company’s programs
- Ensures that all HR files are up-to-date
- Handles the staffing process (i.e., recruitment and onboarding) of site-based employees
- Ensures the Company’s compliance with government (e.g., DOLE) requirements
- Facilitates the periodic performance appraisal of site-based employees
- Ensures that all Company directions / HR policies are observed in the site
- Ensures an efficient tracking, monitoring, and reporting of labor hours in the sites
- Maintains HR systems and processes
- Handles queries and concerns of site-based employees
- Timekeeping/payroll of construction workers
