About the role

We are excited to offer a full-time HR On-the-Job Training (OJT) position based in General Trias City, Cavite. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone starting their career in Human Resources and Recruitment to gain practical, hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment. As an HR OJT, you will work alongside our experienced HR team to support the delivery of key HR functions and develop a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices within a growing technology company. This role is designed to provide you with valuable insight into HR operations, people management, and organisational development whilst contributing meaningfully to our HR initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including job posting coordination, candidate screening and scheduling interviews
• Supporting the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of documentation and orientation coordination
• Maintaining and updating HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data management standards
• Assisting with employee relations activities, including processing requests and queries from staff members
• Supporting the organisation and execution of training sessions, workshops and employee engagement activities
• Helping to prepare HR reports, presentations and documentation as required by the HR team
• Assisting with payroll administration tasks and employee benefits processing
• Supporting compliance and policy implementation across the organisation

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity
• Eagerness to learn and develop HR expertise in a professional environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented approach
• Preferred: Knowledge of HR information systems or basic understanding of HR processes and practices
• Preferred: Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or a related field
