HR Onboarding Assistant (high volume data processing) – One North ~

Working Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

About the role

The Senior Executive Assistant will support the HR Shared Services – Data Management Team across both the Onboarding and In Service functions. The role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of HR data in myHR and related systems.

Key responsibilities

• Perform data entry for new hires, ensuring all mandatory fields and documents are accurately completed
• Assist the In Service team in updating staff data in myHR (e.g., Transfers, Re-designation, Contract extension etc.)
• Support offboarding data updates for resignees
• Ensure all related documentation is properly filed according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Provide support to both the Onboarding and In Service teams during operational peaks
• Help grant SharePoint access to users as required
• Cover duties for colleagues who are on leave to ensure continuity of operations
• Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

About you

• Strong ability to manage high volume activities while maintaining strict data confidentiality
• Able to work under tight timelines and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., handling large datasets, basic formulas, lookups)
• Organized, meticulous, and proactive in identifying and resolving data related issues
