HR ONBOARDING OFFICER

Our client is looking for an experienced HR Onboarding Officer to join their team in Abu Dhabi.

� KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process
• Coordinate pre-employment documentation and requirements
• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment, PRO and other departments
• Prepare onboarding documentation and employee records
• Conduct and coordinate new employee orientation
• Ensure new joiners have a smooth and positive transition into the organization
• Maintain accurate HR records and onboarding trackers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE

✔ Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR onboarding processes

✔ Proven HR experience in a structured corporate environment

✔ Experience with large organizations, group companies or multinational companies is highly preferred

✔ Excellent coordination and communication skills

✔ Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple new joiners and onboarding activities simultaneously

✔ UAE experience is an advantage
