HR Operation

Key responsibilities

1. Support the full employee lifecycle onboarding, confirmation, transfer and separation — with timely records and documentation.

2. Maintain employee master data in the HRMS; ensure accuracy of attendance, leave and employee information; generate HR reports.

3. Administer attendance and leave — monitor records, leave applications and shift data; resolve issues with employees and managers.

4. Maintain statutory and employee documentation; support audits, compliance reviews and record verification; ensure adherence to HR policies and SOPs.

5. Resolve employee queries on HR operations and policies; coordinate with internal departments on HR operational requirements.

6. Prepare HR MIS and reports and support process improvement initiatives.

Must have

–

Hands-on working knowledge of an HRMS — attendance, leave and employee master data.

MS Excel at a good working level — VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data handling and MIS reporting.

–

High accuracy in data and documentation.

–

Confidentiality and professional integrity — the role handles employee salary and personal data.

–

Strong coordination skills and the ability to work to timelines.

Preferred / added advantage

Retail or multi-location background.

Working knowledge of labour compliance and statutory documentation.

Exposure to HR audits and process improvement.
