Job Description  HR Operation Executive
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Experience Required: Minimum 2.5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Handle offer letter rollout and employee documentation.
• Manage HR Operations, employee records, HRIS and MIS.
• Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity and Bonus.
• Maintain compliance records, trackers and documentation.
• Support internal/statutory audits and prepare required documents.
• Coordinate with employees, payroll teams and external vendors for HR operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of HR processes and documentation.
