Overseas Talent Match (OTM) is an Egyptian platform that connects global companies with highly skilled Egyptian talent. We help businesses build, manage, and scale remote teams efficiently by simplifying the entire employee lifecycle—from talent sourcing and vetting to onboarding and payroll management.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Conduct onboarding activities and ensure a smooth integration process for new employees.
• Coordinate and organize training and development programs.
• Monitor and maintain employee attendance, leaves, and related records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and applicable HR regulations.
• Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
• Administer and coordinate the monthly payroll process.
• Support performance management activities, including performance evaluations and employee development initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of hands-on HR experience in a Generalist or similar HR role.
• Previous experience in the e-commerce industry is a Must.
• Hr Diploma or an equivalent HR qualification is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
• Good understanding of Egyptian Labor Law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently.

Job Details

• Location: Katameya, Cairo
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Days Off: Friday & Saturday
