Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and schedule interviews.
• Generate offers through various channels (email, phone calls) to candidates selected by the team.
• Ensure timely processing of joining formalities for new hires.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, offers generated, and other relevant data.
