HR Operation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment operational activities such as candidate sourcing coordination and interview arrangements
• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding processes including contract issuance, document verification, medical examination coordination, work pass processing, system setup, and logistics.
• Manage operational support for Non‑Traditional Source (NTS) workforce, including coordination of travel and accommodation where applicable.
• Manage probation confirmation processes in partnership with line managers.
• Monitor fixed‑term contracts and manage renewals in compliance with local legislation.
• Ensure effective and compliant offboarding processes, including statutory notifications and work pass updates.
• Maintain accuracy, integrity, and governance of HR data across systems including SAP SuccessFactors, Sezame, and local HRIS.
• Produce timely HR reporting, metrics, and dashboards to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Participate in HR / HRIS enhancement projects, automation initiatives, and process optimization activities.
• Support internal and external HR audits
• Advise line manager and employee on HR policies & procedures
• Site engagement (i.e. visit / station at assigned sites) for face-to-face interaction
• Manage and support employee relations matters (e.g. ER cases, PIP, cessation, retirement, issuance and communication for warning cases) and liaison with union

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources/Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 6 years experience in HR Operations covering full spectrum
• Knowledgeable in local employment rules and regulation
• Independently manages assigned business sites and HR projects
