The operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.​

Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals.

We support credit-bearing internship registration, subject to the intern's school requirements and company approval.

Responsibilities
-Support key employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, Job status changes etc., and contract preparation;
-Help coordinate and enhance employee lifecycle processes and relevant policy updates;
-Collaborate with HRBPs, TAs, and regional HR teams to support ongoing HR initiatives;
-Provide administrative support for employee matters and assist in responding to employee queries under guidance;
-Support audits, compliance reviews, and data accuracy checks related to employee records;
-Contribute to the improvement and documentation of HR processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

Minimum Qualifications
-Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in a related discipline;
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel);
-Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges;
-Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Qualification
-Basic understanding of HR and employee lifecycle processes is a plus.
