Hr Operations Analyst

Note : we are looking for the candidate's who are in Yelahanka and nearby Yelahanka location in Bangalore with good exp in SAP Leave management , preferred immediate joiners

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. SAP Leave Management - Maintain leave data balances SAP as well as for Compliance 100% accuracy
2. Manage all HR Vendor Payments in SAP - MIGO / PR / PO process for Maximum of 10 Vendors in a month – Coordinate with them to ensure payment to them.
3. Good with HR Compliance Knowledge Manage HR Compliance requirements of Shops and Establishment act and Interact with external vendor to ensure we are 100% Complaint and on time
4. Maintain Employee Data base in consultation with Talent Acquisition and Recruitment and Enterprise Services Team – ensure 100% accurate data
5. Ability to Coordinate with Auditors once in 6 months or once in 12 months on the Requirements
6. Support HR Projects and Employee Engagement Initiatives and many more

Skills Required:

1. SAP Knowledge Essential Leave Management System and MIGO / PR / PO
2. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
3. Good Communication skills – Oral and Written
4. Articulative capability – Ability to write Good Emails and Understand the Problem and Solution Oriented
5. Knows how to Collaborate and work with teams
6. Person with lot of Energy and Enthusiasm to work in a fast paced Organisation
7. Speed of Work and Delivery on special Projects
8. Self-Motivated and Self driven
9. Able to support an organization of 1000+ employees

Education: Graduate + Masters in Social work / Business Administration (Preferable)

Work Location: North Gate Phase 2 Yelahanka, Bangalore, Karnataka: 560064

Hybrid working – with Mandatorily to work 3 days in Office !!
