Key Responsibilities

• Understand technical hiring requirements for AI, Software Development & IT profiles.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates.
• Coordinate technical assessments and end-to-end recruitment.
• Manage employee documentation, HR compliance, and onboarding.
• Track visa status, expiry dates, renewals, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with candidates, clients, and employees for smooth HR operations.

Required Skills

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of IT and technical profiles.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to work in US Night Shifts.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
