  • Handle the complete exit process, including resignation acceptance, notice period tracking, clearances, exit interviews, and asset recovery.
  • Prepare full and final (F&F) settlement inputs and ensure settlements are closed within 30 days of the employee's last working day.
  • Issue relieving and experience letters and ensure system access is deactivated.
  1. Reporting and Compliance
  • Prepare monthly HR MIS reports covering headcount, joiners, exits, attrition, and attendance trends.
  • Support internal and statutory audits by maintaining accurate records.
  • Resolve employee queries related to attendance, leave, payslips, and employee records within the agreed turnaround time.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end full and final settlements.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation.
  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA or PGDM in HR preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential employee and salary information discreetly.
