HR Operations & Front Office Specialist

• Own the Front Office / Reception function and be based at the reception area as part of the role.
• Welcome and assist visitors, candidates, and external parties, manage calls, deliveries, meeting rooms, and other front desk activities.
• Manage office facilities, supplies, vendors, seating, and general workplace operations to ensure a smooth office environment.
• Manage day-to-day HR Operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR documentation, statutory requirements, and HR data reporting.
• Support HR compliance, SOP development, and employee relations matters in line with company policies and local labor law.
• Identify opportunities to improve, streamline, and automate HR processes using digital tools and AI.
• Support employee engagement, training, and other People Team projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science, Law, Psychology, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, People Operations, or related functions.
• Good understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and Thai labor law.
• Comfortable taking full ownership of Reception / Front Office responsibilities while also handling HR Operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and service-minded skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Interest or experience in HR process improvement, automation, AI, or digital tools is preferred.
• Good command of Thai and English.
• Passion for games and the gaming industry is a plus.
