Maintain employee master data across HR, payroll, timekeeping and benefits system. Process lifecycle changes, reconcile data across platforms, resolve discrepancies, audit records, update employee details and ensure compliance with HR and labor laws.
Required Candidate profile
HR operations or payroll professional with 3–5 years of experience in employee master data, HRIS, lifecycle transactions, data reconciliation, audits reporting and compliance. Strong analytical skills
