About the Role

Suroskie is looking for an experienced HR Operations & Payroll professional to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including attendance, leaves, employee records, onboarding, confirmation, and exits.
• Handle monthly payroll processing, salary inputs, deductions, incentives, reimbursements, and Full & Final settlements.
• Manage PF, ESIC, TDS and other statutory compliance and coordinate with consultants/vendors.
• Maintain accurate HRMS, payroll records, employee databases, and HR MIS.
• Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, leaves, policies, and HR processes.
• Support performance management, increments, appraisals, and employee documentation.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR reporting to management.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations & Payroll.
• Strong hands-on experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance.
• Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, TDS, leave & attendance management.
• Experience with HRMS / payroll software and Excel.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates from Beauty, Skincare, D2C, FMCG, or E-Commerce industries are preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
