What You’ll Do

As our HR Account Operations Supervisor, you will act as the key link between our client accounts and internal HR services, ensuring smooth, compliant, and people-centered operations.

Your main duties include:

• Assist with payroll processing and ad hoc HR projects
• Manage and monitor employee timekeeping
• Handle employee relations concerns, including addressing grievances, supporting conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work environment
• Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or request.
• Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
• Assist with payroll and adhoc HR projects.
• Support other assigned functions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice

Who We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field

Experience: At least 6 months HR experience (operations or account management role)

Skills: Excellent communication, client handling, multitasking, and problem-solving

Traits: Proactive, organized, service-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability
