Roles & Responsibility

Onboarding & Lifecycle Management

Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. Oversee employee documentation, probation reviews, and exit formalities.

Payroll & Statutory Benefits

Coordinate with the finance/payroll team to provide accurate monthly attendance, leave data, and salary components. Assist in managing statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Professional Tax where applicable).

Data & Records Maintenance

Maintain confidential, up-to-date physical and digital employee records within the HRMS. Generate periodic HR reports for management review.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disputes. Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and retention.

Handling Insurance (Health/WC/Other Policies)

Provide access to policy documents, coverage interpretations, and premium payment/renewal procedures; provide documentation for policy addition/deletion and other policy-related inquiries.
