HR Operations, Assistant Manager

At Chirporactic First, we’re looking for an Assistant Manager, HR Operations who is ready to make a real impact by shaping and supporting the core of our people strategy.

You’ll manage essential HR operations and lead our recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. Key responsibilities include:

HR Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day HR tasks, including onboarding, leave management, and benefits administration
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and documentation
• Improve HR processes for greater efficiency and employee satisfaction
• Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives

Recruitment:

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process — from writing job ads and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and find the right talent quickly and effectively
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and employer branding efforts
• Enhance the candidate experience and ensure a smooth, professional hiring journey
• Use HR data to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-hire metrics

• 3–5 years’ experience in HR operations and hands-on recruitment
• In-depth understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and recruitment strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — both with candidates and colleagues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time
• Experience with HR and recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems and HRIS
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for creating positive employee and candidate experiences
