HR Operations Assistant Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and analytical HR Operations Assistant Manager to manage the core administrative functions and strategic HR operations within our team. Reporting directly to HR Management, you will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, HRIS data integrity, and compliance with labor regulations, serving as the operational backbone of our employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and process end-to-end monthly payroll accurately and on time, validating inputs including attendance, overtime, leave deductions, allowances, incentives, and loan repayments.
• Manage and optimize salary structures, allowances, incentives, and employee benefits (including BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, commercial insurance, medical reimbursements, and employee loans) in line with company policies.
• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, employment taxation, and internal HR policies.
• Coordinate closely with Finance & Accounting to ensure proper recording, reconciliation, and timely execution of payroll transactions.
• Maintain and update accurate employee master data within the HRIS (GreatDay / Sunfish).
• Conduct analytical reviews on Compensation & Benefits and assist in HR Budgeting, preparing periodic analytical reports for management review.
• Serve as a primary point of contact to address and resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll, compensation, and benefits with high confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of solid experience in HR Operations, with strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll management.
• Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll calculations, employment taxes, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and BPJS Kesehatan.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (GreatDay or Sunfish) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in C&B analysis and HR Budgeting.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and proven ability to handle sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience in FinTech, Tech, or Financial Services is an added advantage.
