HR Operations Associate

What youll Do:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation.

Employee Relations:

• Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and processes.
• Support HR in organizing team-building activities and events.
• Act as a point of contact between employees and management for HR-related matters.

HR Operations:

• Maintain HR databases and ensure the accuracy of information.
• Assist in payroll processing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Training and Development:

• Coordinate employee training sessions and track participation.
• Support performance management processes and appraisals.

Compliance:

• Assist in maintaining updated labor law compliance records.
• Monitor adherence to workplace policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

• Familiarity with HR software and systems.
• A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
