Hr Operations Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate communication.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, and other HR-related documents.
• Manage employee records, background verification, and HRMS data with accuracy.
• Ensure timely attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
• Handle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, documentation, and processes.
• Maintain HR trackers, MIS reports, and employee files.
• Assist in driving employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR Operations or an HR Generalist role.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS platforms.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
