HR Operations Associate

Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Operations professional to manage the complete employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on onboarding, documentation, employee data management and HRMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and manage employee documentation and records.
• Handle employee lifecycle activities including transfers, confirmations, promotions, exits and other HR transactions.
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure timely updates in Darwinbox/HRMS.
• Coordinate with Payroll, IT and other stakeholders for employee-related requirements.
• Address employee queries related to HR operations and processes.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain employee trackers/data.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist roles.
• Strong experience in employee lifecycle management and documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Darwinbox or other HRMS platforms.
• Good employee data management and reporting skills.
• Strong attention to detail, communication and coordination skills.
