Job Purpose:

The Human Resource Operation Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in managing employee lifecycle processes related to employee exits, settlements, infrastructure management, claims processing, and related administrative functions. The role demands a proactive approach in managing exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions, and assisting in day-to-day HR oPerational activities.

Job Roles & responsibilities:

• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
• OT and leave management
• Calculation of PF, ESIC, P.Tax, Gratuity, Bonus etc.
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
• Resolving payroll discrepancies
• Full and Final Settlement Process:
• End-to-End Exit Management:
• Relieving and Experience Letters:
• Claim Uploading
• Expense & Miscellaneous Invoice Management:
• Infrastructure Management for New Joiners:
• Ex-Employee Verification
