Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional who can independently manage day-to-day

HR operations and support the HR Manager in employee-related activities, documentation, communication,

and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits, and offboarding.

Handle employee resignation, termination, notice period, F&F, relieving and experience letters.

Coordinate salary, payroll, attendance, leave, and HRMS-related activities.

Draft and manage official HR emails, notices, and employee communications.

Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports.

Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

Support HR policies, processes, compliance, and audits.

Act as an extended support for the HR Manager and independently execute assigned HR operations.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management.

Hands-on experience with Exit, Termination, F&F, Payroll/Salary coordination.

Excellent communication and email drafting skills.

Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in HRMS/HR tools such as Keka, Darwinbox, Zoho People, etc.

Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Strong ownership and ability to work independently.
