Job Summary

Looking for an HR Generalist with 5 years of experience in HR Operations.

Candidates should have hands-on experience in grievance handling, payroll, onboarding, Excel, and HRIS/Workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding & offboarding and employee records.
• Handle employee grievances and HR queries.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and validation.
• Manage leaves, benefits, reimbursements, and attendance.
• Prepare HR reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Support HR compliance, audits, and policy implementation.
• Maintain HRIS/Workday data and support HR process improvements.
