HR Operations

Roles & Responsibility -

* Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless coordination across departments.

* Communicate effectively with the Director and departmental heads, providing operational updates and driving strategic initiatives.

* Monitor industry developments, regulatory updates, and market trends, ensuring timely implementation of necessary changes.

* Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure operational activities align with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.

* Coordinate with traders and support teams to facilitate smooth and efficient trading operations.

* Manage employee records, attendance, leave, onboarding, and other HR processes using HRMS platforms such as *HRone* or similar HR portals.

* Support recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, and HR administration through the organization's HR systems.

* Design and create professional posters, employee engagement creatives, announcements, presentations, and marketing materials using *Canva*.

* Prepare MIS reports, operational dashboards, and business analysis using *Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as **VLOOKUP*, Pivot Tables, data validation, and other Excel formulas.

* Maintain accurate operational records and generate periodic reports to support management decision-making.

* Prepare and present regular operational reports, performance metrics, and business analysis to senior management.

* Ensure adherence to all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
