Role & responsibilities
- Offer letters issuance and id cards issuance.
- Employees engagement, Compensation breakup preparation etc
- Attendance collection and leaves management
- Onboarding and records maintenance.
- Induction and training.
- Support for PF, ESIC and Medical insurance.
- Exit formalities and FNF of employees.
- Issuance of transfer, PIP and warning letters to employees.
- Contract completion and renewal of employees.
- Reimbursement checking and approval.
