HR Operations

About the role

As HR Operations, you are a Core Driver working closely with the CEO to establish standards, elevate personnel potential, and drive sustainable growth. You will gain a comprehensive view of the business and develop well-rounded management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field assessments and collaborate with branch managers to ensure all employees perform to SOP standards
• Analyze and identify development areas, designing improvement approaches with the CEO to elevate service excellence
• Drive positive discipline and fair performance management
• Serve as a strong communication bridge between CEO, branch managers, and front-line staff
• Listen, understand, and constructively resolve personnel issues to create a positive work environment
• Conceive and organize internal activities with the CEO to build organizational culture and engagement
• Support the CEO with strategic administration and important business expansion projects
• Track progress of important tasks from all departments and branches professionally
• Summarize issues, synthesize data, and prepare for important meetings to ensure action items are completed
• Manage, collect, and systematically maintain important personnel and operational documents

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP, Operations Coordinator, or Restaurant Operations
• Able to travel and regularly visit and support different branches
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills; meticulous; excellent at prioritizing work under pressure
• Tech-Savvy: proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Leadership mindset; courageous in thinking and decision-making; high sense of responsibility; result-oriented and committed to driving work to completion
