Payroll Processing & Compliance
Gratuity Calculation & Administration
Leave Management & Attendance
HRIS & Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, TDS)
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in HR Operations
Strong knowledge of payroll, FnF, gratuity & leave policies
Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools
Excellent attention to detail & communication skills
