Job Description HR Operations Executive

Mode- WFO\ Hybrid (Chakala,Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities

* Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client stakeholders,

* Manage candidate onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities in accordance with client processes and timelines.

* Track requisitions, candidate status, offer rollouts, onboarding progress, and joining updates.

* Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards.

*Attendance management.

* Facilitate smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely closures.

* Escalate critical issues proactively and ensure quick resolution.

* Draft professional emails and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.

* Support continuous process improvements to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
