What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and payroll processes to ensure accurate records and timely updates.
- Conduct background verifications for new hires and perform exit formalities for departing employees.
- Coordinate onboarding activities such as induction training, joining formalities, and salary processing.
- Ensure compliance with HRSD policies and procedures related to HR operations.
Job Requirements :
- 2-30 years of experience in an HR role within the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Strong understanding of HRSd (Human Resource Service Delivery) principles and practices.
- Proficiency in managing attendance management systems, leave management software, and payroll processing tools.
