Job Description – HR Operations Executive

Organization: Utkarsh Global Foundation Location: Nahur, Mumbai Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Experience: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, HR reporting, and coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and exit processes.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR databases.

Coordinate recruitment activities, interview schedules, candidate follow-ups, and joining confirmations.

Prepare and maintain HR MIS, recruitment trackers, and reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Coordinate payroll inputs, salary increment requests, salary advances, and approval follow-ups.

Handle employee queries and coordinate with department heads and management.

Ensure timely completion of HR processes and maintain confidentiality of employee information.

Required Skills

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist activities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR documentation.

Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
