What they need
Manage end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, maintain employee records and compliance docs, handle offer letters, contracts and background verification. Coordinate with payroll/finance, manage HRMS (Zoho People), and support recruitment coordination.
Required Candidate profile
Bachelor/Master's in HR or related field, 3-6 yrs in HR Operations, hands-on with Zoho People/Zoho Recruit, strong MS Excel/Word/Google Workspace skills, comfortable in fast-paced startups.
