Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee joining, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and resolve salary-related queries.
• Support recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding activities.
• Ensure timely compliance with applicable HR and labour regulations.
• Prepare HR MIS, reports, and employee data.
• Handle employee queries and support grievance resolution.
• Coordinate employee engagement, training, and welfare activities.
• Implement HR policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Support HR audits and continuous improvement of HR processes.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
