Location: Gurgaon
Work Mode: Work from Office 5 days a week
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (extendable based on performance)

Core Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, from offer acceptance to joining formalities.
• Coordinate and conduct new employee induction and orientation.
• Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation and records.
• Ensure timely completion of joining formalities, HR forms, and statutory documentation.
• Coordinate with employees and BGV vendors for background verification checks and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for employee ID cards, system access, email IDs, and other onboarding requirements.
• Address employee queries related to onboarding and HR processes.
• Maintain HR trackers and prepare regular reports related to joining, onboarding, documentation, and BGV status.
