HR Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation.
• Managing attendance, leave and employee data.
• Coordinating with payroll team for monthly salary processing and resolving salary-related discrepancies.
• Preparing and maintaining HR reports and MIS.
• Handling employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, payroll, and documentation.
• Managing employee lifecycle activities such as joining, transfers, confirmation, and exit formalities.
• Maintaining employee files and ensuring proper documentation.
• Supporting statutory compliance and HR-related audits.
• Issuing HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, transfer, experience and relieving letters.
• Coordinating with different departments for smooth HR operations.
• Ensuring HR policies and processes are followed effectively.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of HR Operations and payroll processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Problem-solving and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• 6 Month–4 years of experience in HR Operations preferred.
