HR Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Operations Executive to manage dayto-day HR activities, ensure smooth employee lifecycle management, maintain HR records,

support payroll, and provide an excellent employee experience while ensuring adherence to

company policies.

Employee Lifecycle Management

* Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding.

* Prepare offer, appointment, confirmation, experience, and relieving letters.

* Conduct induction and orientation.

* Complete joining formalities and documentation.

Employee Documentation

* Maintain personnel files.

* Verify employee documents.

* Update HRMS.

* Maintain confidentiality.

Explain policies.

Attendance & Leave Management

* Monitor attendance.

* Maintain leave records.

* Resolve discrepancies.

* Coordinate approvals.

Payroll Support

* Prepare payroll inputs.

* Verify attendance, leave, incentives and deductions.

* Coordinate with payroll/finance.

HRMS Management

* Update employee data.

* Generate HR reports.

* Ensure data accuracy

Performance Management

* Assist appraisal cycle.

* Track probation.

* Maintain performance records.

Exit Management

* Conduct exit interviews.

* Coordinate asset recovery.

* Support F&F documentation.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or related field.

* 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
