HR Operations Executive

EOX Secure Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the HR team, maintaining operational records, monitoring team activities, and ensuring smooth communication between the Managing Director and the HR department. This role is best suited for candidates with strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming and outgoing calls related to HR operations.

Maintain accurate call logs and communication records.

Monitor and track the daily performance and activities of the HR team.

Act as a coordinator between the Managing Director and the HR team to ensure effective communication and workflow.

Perform data entry and maintain HR-related records with accuracy.

Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for management review.

Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of HR information.

Support the HR department with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Previous experience in HR, administration, or office operations will be an added advantage.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
