HR Operations Executive

Job Summary

Role purpose: The HR Operations Executive manages day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR records, and policy implementation. The role emphasises coordination, accuracy, compliance, and timely employee support.

Responsibilities

• Employee lifecycle - onboarding, joining formalities, induction, probation/confirmation, transfers, resignations, and maintaining employee records.

• Attendance/leave - monitor attendance, shifts, late coming and absenteeism; manage leave records and provide payroll inputs.

• Documentation compliance - prepare HR letters/documents, maintain employee files, ensure policy/statutory compliance, and support audits.

• Payroll coordination - coordinate attendance, incentives, overtime and deductions; handle payroll queries and maintain benefits/reimbursement records.

• HR systems - keep HRMS/HR portals updated with accurate employee information.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1-3 years HR operations/generalist experience.

• Strong HR process/documentation knowledge.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable handling confidential information.

• Strong organization/time management.

• MS Excel and HRMS proficiency.

  Preferred Qualifications

• Large workforce experience, retail/multi-location operations, labour-law knowledge, and coordination across locations.
