HIRING – HR OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Location: Thousand Lights, Chennai

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.

• Collect, verify, and process employee documents.

• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.

• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

• Manage employee records, onboarding trackers, and HRMS updates.

• Coordinate background verification (BGV) and follow up on pending documents.

• Track candidate joining status and ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.

• Strong documentation and follow-up skills.

• Prior experience in HR onboarding or HR operations.
