HR Operations Executive

We are hiring for one of our clients, a new health drink brand!

Location: Mumbai, Andheri

CTC: 4.20 LPA

Work Mode: 5 Days work from office

Key Responsibilities:

 Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.

 Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer follow-ups.

 Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining documentation.

 Maintain employee records, HR master data, and personnel files.

 Prepare and maintain HR letters and employee-related documents.

 Support employees with attendance, leave, and routine HR queries.

 Prepare and maintain HR MIS, reports, dashboards, and trackers.

 Support employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR initiatives.

 Coordinate with vendors, recruitment agencies, BGV agencies, and HR service providers.

 Provide day-to-day HR support and ensure timely resolution of employee queries.

Experience Requirements

 Experience: 2–3 years in HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and employee engagement.

 Education: Bachelor's or MBA/PGDM in HR, HR Management, or a related field (preferred).

 Skills & Tools: Hands-on experience with HRMS (preferred); strong written and verbal communication skills.
