Position Title: HR Operations- Executive
Business Line: Internal HR 
Reporting to: Group HR Operations Manager

Location :Kalyanagar or HSR Layout WFO

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle HR operations end to end for few entities of CIEL with high standards of
  quality and efficiency.

1. Collect the time sheet/attendance, 
2. Run monthly payroll, compliance, expense reimbursement, invoicing,
   collections and payout processes
3. Onboarding - salary structuring, documentation, letters, joining process and
   induction
4. Offboarding - full and final settlement, letters, settlements related to PF,
   Insurance etc.
5. Administer benefits such as insurance, loans/ advances, documentation
   support 
6. Responding to employee queries promptly and appropriately

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in employee lifecycle management
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business teams for seamless HR service delivery
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
• Support audits and ensure documentation readiness
  Preferred Qualities:
• Knowledge of MS Office tools especially MS Excel.
• Good English Communication skills written and oral
• Experience of HR Operations - onboarding, query handling, attendance to payout
• process, offboarding and statutory provisions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
