Job Summary

• We are looking for a proactive HR Operations Executive with hands-on experience in HR operations and basic exposure to recruitment. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in employee lifecycle management and support hiring activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations (onboarding, documentation, exit formalities)
• Handle employee lifecycle activities and maintain HR records
• Support recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interview coordination
• Coordinate with stakeholders for hiring and onboarding processes
• Maintain and update HRMS / employee database
• Assist in payroll coordination and compliance documentation
• Ensure smooth employee engagement and HR support

Required Skills

• Experience in HR Operations + Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, documentation, HRMS
• Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel and HR tools
