HR Operations Executive

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Tech, Product, Sales & Operations roles.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and other platforms.
• Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offer rollouts and candidate follow-ups.
• Handle employee onboarding, documentation and background verification.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
• Prepare HR letters, including offer, appointment, experience and relieving letters.
• Coordinate PF, ESIC, employee exits and full & final settlement.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR reporting.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR operations.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and HRMS/ATS tools.
• Experience in technical hiring or a SaaS/Fintech company will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
