HR Operations Executive [Learning & Engagement]

Support HR operations for business by advising management on people matters, overseeing key HR functions, analyzing HR data, and coordinating employee relations. The role consists of approximately 40% HR functional responsibilities and 60% projects-based initiatives.

Job Description

• Oversee and support HR functions, including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management, to ensure that people managers within business can effectively carry out HR-related responsibilities.

Qualification & requirements

• Graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in and HRBP, HR Generalist or related role.
• Hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving meaningful business impact through people
• Have a functional knowledge HR Functions & HR Policies, Labor Law & Employee Relations, HR Data Analysis, Project Management
• Have skill (Technical and soft skill); Communication & Interpersonal skills, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, Project Coordination
• Have basic knowledge and skills Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint), English Communication skills.
