Job summary

We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented interns to support our HR, Operations, and general business functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, process management, and day-to-day business operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Coordinate with interns/employees for task tracking and updates
• Help in employee engagement and communication initiatives
• Support daily business operations and coordination across teams
• Track tasks, progress, and project updates
• Maintain operational reports and dashboards
• Assist in process improvement and documentation
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution
• Handle data entry, documentation, and reporting
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports
• Manage internal communications (emails, Teams, etc.)
• Support ad hoc tasks as assigned by managers

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

Good to Have:

• Familiarity with recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Experience with tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or Power Apps
• Basic understanding of HR processes or operations workflows
