Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Executive – HR Operations to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role will involve employee onboarding, HR documentation, HRMS management, employee records, HR MIS and coordination with employees and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and joining formalities.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
• Coordinate with employees and internal departments for HR-related queries and support.
• Maintain HRMS records and ensure accuracy of employee data.
• Prepare HR reports, letters, MIS and other HR-related documentation as required.
• Support day-to-day HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure timely completion of HR documentation and operational processes.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Working knowledge of HRMS / HR systems.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of HR documentation and employee records management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple HR activities.
• Candidates with relevant HR Operations experience and availability to join within 10 days of offer acceptance will be preferred.
